Back in 2018, Liverpool’s young right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold found himself trending for all the wrong reasons.

No, not for a no-look assist, but for allegedly sending crude Snapchat messages to a pregnant woman.

The story goes like this: the woman reached out to Trent, hoping he’d record a Father’s Day message for her partner, a big Liverpool fan. Instead, she claimed, she received some less-than-family-friendly replies from the England star, who was busy representing his country at the World Cup in Russia.
